Professional improvement education program description

Objective of the professional education program:

To offer the knowledge about the theory of inventive problem solving (further as – TIPS), it’s basic models, manners and instruments used in the method, as well as further use of the method of children systemic creative imagination and non-standard thinking activation.

General educational and professional tasks of the professional education program:

• To promote a searching, selection and use of the information necessary for the work.

• To develop an ability of unaided efficient self-planning and organization of the work.

• To promote a motivation of the person for further professional development in the field of principles of the TIPS method usage possibilities in a corresponding scope.

• To provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills about method usage principles of the TIPS and to educate in the field of manners and instruments used in the method.

• Using the TIPS method, to identify, develop and efficiently use connatural creative skills of a child, discovering activity, potency of conceptual apparatus, memory, attention, diligence and ability to work.

• To develop a skill of maintaining and strengthening the child’s health through functional rehabilitation exercises of TIPS method.

Education methods: lectures, practical tasks, games, demonstrations, discussions.

Evaluation of the program acquisition quality:

Students who have studied according to education program and gained assessment of knowledge and skills, are taking the final examination that includes verification of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills and according to actual legislation receive a professional improvement education certificate.

• Continuation of the education in other professional education programs.

• Schooling in different kinds of professional improvement programs.
